Nagaland: Home Minister Amit Shah addressed rally along with CM Neiphiu Rio at Tuensang Town for BJP – NDPP candidate
In poll bound Nagaland, all the political parties are trying to woo the voters through rallies and door to door campaigns. Senior BJP leader and Home Minister Amit Shah addressed rally along with Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio at Tuensang Town for BJP – NDPP candidate. Mr. Shah said that the BJP government has increased development budget four times for the state in comparision to previous Congress government.
He said that several infrastructure projects have been completed in Nagaland while over 100 projects are in pipeline. The Home Minister said that 1.28 lakh families in the state got pipe water connection under Jal Jeevan Mission thus solving the drinking water scarcity in hilly areas. He assured to keep doing the development works for the state.
On the other hand, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and MP Sashi Tharoor will hold rally at Diphupar.
