Agile Virgin is an International Agility Solutioning Boutique that offers a wide range of Agility Solutions for Software Engineering, Better ways of working, Strategy, Consulting and Digital Services, in a very cost effective manner by onboard experts based on client needs.
AV was facing challenges in conducting events and projecting information like participation, results regarding the events it was hosting. Each Event came with multiple programs, each program with a different format and participation interests.
As part of Solution, InfoCRAFT redesigned and integrated existing Agile Virgin Workflows in a singular application that
- Hosts multiple events and programs for AV
- Identifies the participants for each event and program
- Helps in evaluation of each program participation
- Manages the Results for each Program for AV Team
Agile Virgin, today, hosts multiple events and 11 programs throughout the year (up from 4 programs 3 years ago).
With the integrated event management workflows, AV is able to project and deliver on results in real time. This has had time and effort savings with reduction in event organizing costs, especially during registrations, campaign management, analysis of participation and declaring participation results.
