Kumar Labels Is a Leader in Printing Technology. Kumar Labels prints product specific design labels for most of liquor industry in India. Printing Labels is a job of scale, with Kumar Labels printing several hundred labels per second.<\/p>\n

Problem Description<\/div>\n

Kumar Labels required a few hundred thousand labels to be printed using ID Technology so that the same can be proof read and verified by the machine at time of printing.<\/p>\n

Solution Delivered by InfoCRAFT<\/div>\n

A web solution that sends a print layout instruction to the printer and immediately reads with absolute precision in a sub-millisecond lead times \u00e2\u20ac\u201c the QR Codes which would contain the identification of the pack and batching information of the product SKU to which the label is associated. The Solution required designing the die cut of labels on the printer and mapping the information to be printed on specific area of the labels in a pixel mode where a displacement of a single pixel meant printing of information outside of margins in a lot of 100,000 labels.<\/p>\n
