Manufacturer is an Indian company in the business of manufacturing HVAC Systems and installation of HVAC systems as part of building service design projects.
Projects division was unable to track the Contracted Workforce on multiple sites in operation. There was redundant material being offered resulting in a lot of wastage of Material Ordered with no visibility on timeliness of contractor work. The retail division on the other hand was unable to track Ordering Cycle especially, in cases where there customers would enquire about a specific type of fan which should have ultimately converted into an order for the same.
InfoCRAFT delivered a Role based system that helped retail division in managing quotations and track orders for equipment and providing a customized user interface for the customers to calculate fan speeds in a complex mathematical calculation with precision of 10^(-10). For the projects division, a user interface was designed for in house teams and contractors for users to update and review progress on sites, work completed vis a vis work planned.
